TEA FOR HEALTH BENEFITS

Apart from the controversy because the content of caffeine, drink tea brings many benefits. Here are some of them:
1. Lose weight (reducing diet). Water tea contains high fiber, making it easier digestion and has a diuretic effect (stimulate the excretion of urine) that facilitate discharge.
 
2. Can reduce the risk of cancer. This is because tea has anti-mutagen substances such as antioxidants and flavonoids that can prevent and suppress cancer cell growth.
 
3. Slowing the aging process. It contains antioxidants that prolong bias and facilitate regeneration of body cells so that cells can increase life expectancy.
 
4. Reducing the risk of high blood pressure. Tea contains more potassium than sodium (Na) in order to maintain blood osmotic pressure, acid-base balance, enzyme inhibitors and substances that stimulate blood pressure.
 
5. Maintaining health and preventing dental caries. Water levels of fluorine and tea poly-phenols have a high enough so as to prevent dental plaque and disrupt the activity of bacteria that cause caries.
